EndyMed delivers controlled pulses of radio frequency modulated heat to the dermal layer of skin using tiny (300 microns across) gold-plated microneedles. This heat is introduced gradually through the microneedles, stimulating collagen production that rejuvenates and tightens the skin.
Most patients report minimal to no discomfort during the EndyMed Intensif treatment. A handheld applicator is used to apply pinpoint treatment to the targeted area, resulting in fewer passes and a faster procedure.
Because the EndyMed treatment is so focused, it is much less invasive or demanding of patients. Extensive sun exposure should be avoided the day before treatment, and no makeup should be worn on treatment day. Most patients can resume regular activities following treatment. Your medspa professional may recommend a healing skin regimen for the first few days after treatment.
For patients who follow their medspa professional’s recommended three-to-five treatment protocol, skin improvements can last up to a year.
Concerns Addressed: Skin wrinkling, traumatic scars, acne scarring, stretch marks, enlarged pores, or cellulite.Â
Ideal Treatment For: Persons seeking a minimally invasive treatment for skin imperfections with minimal downtime.Â
How To Prepare For Treatment: An exam with one of our medspa professionals, who will determine if you’re a good candidate for the Endymed treatment protocol.Â
Treatment Length: Each session takes 30-45 minutes, depending on the size and location of the targeted treatment area.Â
Recovery Time: Minimal – resume normal activities immediately after a treatment, but you will want to cover your skin, protect it from sun, and follow a healing skin care regimen for several days after each treatment.Â
Results Seen: Improvements from EndyMed treatments can be seen after the second treatment and can continue to last for up to a year.Â
Retreatments Necessary: Patients who follow their provider’s three-to-five treatment protocol can then typically return once a year to support continued improvement.
