Total FX CO2

Our skin is the largest organ of our body. It is subjected to many forces as we move through life, and it often sustains wounds or aging-related changes – some minor, some not. Treating these concerns requires an approach customized to a patient’s needs.

How does the TotalFX Laser Resurfacing treatment work?

TotalFX relies on fractionated laser technology. This allows your medspa professional to treat micro-zones of your skin and direct treatment to the exact spot it is needed. The pulses of laser light go where they are needed – and nowhere else.

The Skin Care Clinic medspa, serving Scottsdale visitors and residents, can address a diverse list of skin conditions with TotalFX Laser Resurfacing treatments. Total FX combines the quick, top-level Active FX CO2 laser treatment modality with the DeepFX CO2 laser, which can help with skin tightening and many other issues best addressed by treating deeper skin layers.

Is the treatment uncomfortable?

The TotalFX treatment process can cause some temporary discomfort. Your medspa treatment provider will apply a topical anesthetic before the process begins, and you will be given guidance on important skin care actions to take during the healing process.

What kinds of conditions can TotalFX Laser Resurfacing address?

Due to its ability to treat both surface-level skin issues and deeper concerns, Total FX is recommended for the following:

  • Skin tightening and minimizing wrinkles around the mouth and eyes
  • Minimizing the appearance of scars and stretch marks
  • Improving skin tone and texture around treated areas
  • Repairing sun-damaged skin
